Intensive Beginners Guitar Course - 1 Day (guitar included)

For those with all the ambition and none of the time, this day long course delivers (some of) the goods and leaves you with all the skills you need to continue your journey, either with The Guitar Social or on your own. 

If you don't have a guitar, we can lend you one

Here's what you'll have achieved by the end of the day

• You'll be able to play three songs, these songs change every time we run this, but, on the last program the songs were: Heart of Gold by Neil Young, Country Roads by John Denver and I'd Rather go Blind by Etta James. 
• You'll have the ability to read tabs and chord boxes. 
• You'll be in possession of four stemming patterns to cover you across a multitude of genres. 
• This course comes with three gifts: a capo, a packet of picks and a clip on tuner, you will of course know how to use all of them. 

How the day runs

We spend time getting to know each other, taking part in playing exercises and in discussions relating to musicality and practice.

Your day course includes lunch and, don't worry, there are frequent breaks from playing so your fingers won't hurt (too much)

How many people will be attending?

These unique programs never have more than 10 people in them.
